On site work was carried out competently. I was deferred after the job started so they could attend an Emergency. I was ok with that.
However this Company appears to practice predatory and dishonourable charging. They charged 4.25 hrs for about 2.25 hrs work. Be wary of exorbitant charging and run a diary to ensure the charges are realistic.
My phone log clearly shows the differences in my case between start and stop of the job.
In an update : I had emailed the company about my concerns and Tim (the Ops Mgr) rang and apologised for their errors in the charging and fixed the account with immediate effect.
In the end a good and the right outcome was achieved and Tim was very helpful and sincere.

We had issues with our water pressure. The team at Plumbing Works were fantastic and offered lots of advise. I tried several of these options until they exhausted my capabilities.
Plumbing works came to site the next day and had me fixed within 24hrs of me asking for help, the work was done really quickly as the plumber really knew what he was doing. Great help, thank you.

Tim Coxhead was super efficient, very knowledgeable, has a wealth of experience, and managed our plumbing needs with attention to detail, and providing top notch advice, and executing an overall clean and tidy job to a very high standard. As well, I'd like to call out Tim's integrity and professionalism, his workmanship was excellent, he also investigated a water pressure issue we had, provided sound advice, and applied cost savings on the final invoice. We were pleasantly surprised and super impressed. Thank you Tim. We couldn't be happier. Now we have our "go to" person for plumbing needs :).
